Bodega is a stunning property, and our stay in Bodega Cove was memorable-being just steps from the water and The Pink Geranium (the food is fantastic) was a real highlight. Still, we felt there was some room for improvement. The cabins in Bodega Cove are not far apart, and privacy can be an issue. Our cabin appeared to be the only one missing large blinds for the front windows, which made us feel somewhat unsettled—especially at night. When I asked staff, I was told they were “waiting for parts to arrive” but never received a follow-up. A simple heads-up about the lack of blinds would have been appreciated. There were also some minor but noticeable cleanliness issues: bird droppings on the lovely front deck chairs, sticky glasses, crumbs left on the dining table and a concerning amount of residue buildup in the kettle (which I cleaned, so there aren’t any photos of this). These are individually minor, but collectively contributed to a sense that the level of care and attention didn’t fully justify the cost of the stay.

We recently stayed at this beautiful property on Galiano Island with seven other families, and it was an unforgettable experience! The cabins were thoughtfully designed and decorated, each one a cozy and clean haven that made us feel right at home. The entire property is impeccably maintained, offering a perfect retreat for families with kids. The children had a blast exploring the safe and spacious grounds, giving the adults a chance to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. One of the highlights of our stay was the on-site restaurant. The food was delicious and he staff was friendly and attentive. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We can’t wait to return!

I have been photographing weddings at Bodega Ridge for the last 7 years and LOVE working with Jesse and his team. The location is picturesque, with gorgeous views of the Gulf Islands, and the amenities make it the perfect all in one venue for a truly PNW wedding. The food and attention to detail in the service is top notch. Highly recommend it for a wedding venue!

The cabins were comfortable and roomy and came with a small kitchen. The meal service was top notch. There was a blend of Western and Asian cuisine and all very tasty, kudos to the chef for the versatile, multicultural and delicious menu!

My bestfriends hosted a wedding here in August. Bodega Ridge & Bodega Cove on Galiano Island. Honestly, they made it beautiful. Everything was well done, the stay was fabulous, the grounds & cabins were clean, hospitality was 10/10 and management was on top of things. Not to mention great food and new spot they just opened up (little cafe with great charm) All the staff were always smiling and truthfully worked hard but you could tell they enjoyed working there, that’s says a lot to me as a consumer. As a guest I had a perfect stay. Thanks for making such an important weekend for my friends and family an awesome vacation.

Bodega Ridge is an absolutely stunning West Coast wedding destination with panoramic ocean views, cozy cabins, and beautiful ceremony and reception spots that feel like a natural extension of the landscape. Photographing a wedding here was an absolute joy. Every angle has the most breathtaking backdrop, and the staff were so accommodating. It’s a dream location for couples who want nature, comfort, privacy, and a relaxed reception under the open sky!

We visited Bodega Ridge for a weekend getaway and to check out the wedding venue. They had our cabin available a few hours early and texted us to let us know, which was great because our ferry arrived at 10am. We had an amazing lunch at the Pink Geranium. During our venue site tour, Jesse (the owner) drew us a hand drawn map of where to find the sea lions. It was a 12km hike with beautiful views and we found them! We also saw eagles, seals, and deer. We had dinner at Lola and we were blown away by the food. After dinner we made a fire in our cabin. The cove cabins are small but have everything you need and are so chic. The heated floors in the bathroom, full coverage blinds, and the fireplace were really nice touches. The remote setting was my favorite part, but I will say to future guests: bring some food or snacks if you think you’ll want an early morning breakfast or late night snack and don’t forget any essentials. There’s not much around!

We got married here 2 weeks ago and it was an absolute dream! The views are incredible including the sunsets and it’s so special that most of the guests could stay in the cabins. Quite a few of our guests have mentioned it’s the best wedding food they have ever had! Jesse the owner is lovely - he even trekked up in the snow to show me the view on a zoom call. And Sarah the GM made sure we had everything we needed and our day ran so smoothly. Even before the wedding we had a trip here last summer and loved it! This is a perfect venue if you’re looking for a rustic vibe which shows off the gorgeous scenery that BC has to offer!
